If you return an item to our store within 1 day of pickup and the item is in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup, with all accessories, the purchase price will be refunded to the payment mechanism used in the purchase transaction. No cash refunds.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your purchase by contacting us by email at customerservice@ezpawn.com or by canceling your purchase in person at the store. If you do not pick up your item at our store within 2 days of purchase, your purchase will be canceled. If for any unforeseen reason your item becomes unavailable between the time of your purchase and your scheduled pickup, we will cancel your purchase and issue a refund to the payment mechanism used in the purchase transaction.
